1. The tournament is divided into 1,2,3 or 4 rounds (according to the number of players).

2. For each round the players are divided into groups of 3,4,5,6 or 7 players and the first of each group is qualified for the following round. Each player plays simultaneously 2,3,4,5 or 6 games.

3. The inscriptions will be clauses the 2005.12.01 at midnight ( Paris time ). The games will start the 2005.12.02

4. Decide between:
- the number of points (1 point win, 0.5 draw and 0 lost)
- SB(Sonneborn-Berger values).
- The number of times that the player had the blacks in the group.
- Random.

5. UPDATE : The results and the elo are updated every 24 hours.

7. Prizes:
1st player: One year membership to ICC.( first player in the final group )
2nd : Six month membership.
3rd : 2 month membership.
5th and 20th of each month from January 2006 to August 2006 a drawing of lots will be made. To participate at this drawing of lots you have to get a "ticket", for each game you win you win 2 tickets and for each game you draw you win 1 ticket.
The wining ticket give 1 month membership to ICC.
After each drawing of lots all the tickets are removed.
